A good LVT finish starts with the floor underneath it. At the measure we check the existing surface and explain any levelling, screeding or ply-lining needed for your chosen product. That preparation is itemised on your quote, so you know what is included before booking.
For herringbone and chevron, we plan the layout before fitting so the pattern sits properly in the room and the edge cuts are balanced. We check doorways, thresholds and transitions to adjoining floors as part of that setting-out.

Before you book your LVT fitter
- How much does LVT flooring cost in Northampton?
- Supplied and fitted LVT is typically £85–£100 per square metre, including fitting, adhesive or click installation and trims. Levelling, screeding or ply-lining is itemised separately where needed. Hallways and small awkward areas are quoted per job after a free measure.
- Can you fit LVT I have already bought?
- Yes. We offer fit-only LVT installation. The minimum fitting labour charge is £70, excluding materials; your actual job is priced after a measure. Tell us the product and room sizes so we can check the fitting requirements.

- Can I arrange a free measure in the evening?
