A resin floor is a preparation job, not a paint job
Resin bonds mechanically to concrete, so the slab is ground back, cracks and pin-holes are filled and moisture is checked before priming. Skip that and the coating peels under tyres within a season. We survey the slab first and tell you honestly what it needs.
For garages, a flake system with a clear top coat gives the best mix of grip, durability and looks, and hides dust between cleans. For workshops and units carrying heavy traffic we specify a thicker build with an anti-slip aggregate.
Most garages are completed over two to three days including cure time, and we'll give you clear guidance on when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
