How much does it cost to coat a garage floor?

Why does garage floor paint peel and epoxy resin doesn't?
Floor paint is a thin film sitting on sealed, dusty concrete it never bonded to, so hot tyres lift it. We grind or blast the slab back to clean, open concrete, treat any oil, then prime and build up resin coats — that bonds into the concrete instead of resting on top of it.
How do you price hallways and stairs?
As a fixed package rather than by the square metre. A narrow hall or a turning staircase can take most of a day because every tread, riser and door frame is cut individually, so pricing purely on floor area would not be fair to anyone.
Do you supply the flooring or can I buy my own?
Both. We can supply carpet, LVT, vinyl and resin from trade suppliers at competitive prices, or fit materials you have already bought elsewhere.

Yes. We move standard furniture, lift and dispose of your old flooring and leave the site clean and tidy on completion.
